Online Member Services Preview

1.Click on Other Options > Claims History on the left hand side of your screen.

2. You will then be taken to the following screen where you can enter:

        - Person - which person on your membership would you like to view claims for

        - Claim type - choose whether to view all claims, hospital claims, medical claims or ancillary (extras) claims

        - Service Date - choose the dates of the claims you'd like to view

3. When you have entered the details, click the Display button at the bottom of your screen.
