YOUR NEW-LOOK FUND...

The Board of Directors, management and staff are delighted to announce some exciting changes to your fund as we move towards the future.

  •  Fund status - from 1 December 2006, we will become an 'open' fund, which means anyone can join. Now you can share the good news with your Family & Friends!
  •  Fund Brand and logo - as part of this change, our brand name will change to 'Peoplecare' and our logo has changed to reflect this. Our new logo is at the top of this page, and it will gradually be incorporated into all of our fund materials.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS...

At our AGM on 15 November, three directors positions became available and 1,034 members voted to elect Kaye Mulligan, Alan Gibbs and Ian Sampson to the Board. You can read more about our Board of Directors on our Director Profiles page.

Norman Branson was subsequently elected as Chairman and Cec Ainsworth as Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Our special thanks go to outgoing directors Warren Douglas, who has served as a Peoplecare director for 15 years and Andrew Sale, who has been on the Board for 14 years. They have made a significant contribution to the high performance of the fund and their efforts are greatly appreciated.

 

 

ANNUAL REPORT? NO THANKS...

We're encouraging members who don't need a paper copy of the Annual Report from 2007 to let us know. This will help us reduce our administration expenses.

 

An electronic copy of the Annual Report is available for download from our website, or we can email it to you if you'd prefer. You'll still be entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting and will continue to receive AGM materials in the mail every year, but we won't send you a paper copy of the Annual Report from 2007 onwards. If you ever change your mind, just let us know.

FAMILY & FRIENDS COMPETITION...

The Family & Friends Campaign for January to June 2006 has just ended, and the prize draw was undertaken on 12 July 2006. We are pleased to announce that the winner was member Mr Anthony Potter, of Redbank Plains in Queensland .

 

Our congratulations go to Mr Potter who was very happy with his win, and will receive his iPod 30gb very soon.

The campaign is again available for the period July to December 2006.
