Terms and Conditions: This prize draw relates to all current Peoplecare members as at 1st September, 2009 and all purchasers of QBE Travel Insurance through Peoplecare Health Insurance between 1st February 2009 and 1st September 2009. A Product Disclosure Statement should be considered before deciding to purchase this product, available from Peoplecare. The winner will receive a travel voucher to the value of $2,000 through Creative Holidays. Prize is subject to Creative Holidays and other suppliers booking conditions and availability. Prize is also subject to the holiday being booked and paid in full by 1st April 2010. The winner must provide Creative Holidays with a minimum 21 days advance notice of intention to travel. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, travel to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The winner will be determined by a random draw, which will be conducted at 12pm on 2nd September 2009 at the Peoplecare Office, Victoria Square Wollongong. The winner will be contacted by both telephone and mail and their details will be published in the Australian Newspaper on 7th September 2009 and in the October, 2009 Peoplecare Health News. If the winner cannot be contacted within a period of 3 months a redraw will be conducted under the same circumstances on 2nd December, 2009. In the event of a second chance draw the winner will be advertised in the same manner on the 7th December 2009.
