View Membership Details

Once you have logged in, you will be able to view details of your Membership and Contact Details.

You can then click on the menu on the left hand side of your screen or scroll down to view details of :

• Membership - your membership number, full name, join date and Paid-to date
• Contacts - your home address, email address, telephone numbers and details of membership cards issued
• Persons - a list of the people covered on your membership, including their name, birth date, age, sex and join date
• Coverage - detailed information about your level of health cover, join date, benefit payment method, and last claim
• Contributions - the amount you pay for your premiums, how often you pay, payment method and details, and details of your last payment
