Terms and Conditions: 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. 2. The promoter is QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited ABN 78 003 191 035 AFSL 239545 (Promoter) 3. The promotion commences at 8am (AEDST) 1st December 2009 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDST) 31st March 2010 (Promotion Period). 4. All QBE Travel Insurance policies purchased through Peoplecare Health Insurance during the promotion period , will be granted an automatic entry into the competition provided the policy is still valid and has not been cancelled. 5. There will be three prizes awarded in total. Each prize will comprise of a cheque for the value of the Travel Insurance policy purchased up to $300. Maximum value of total prizes is $900. 6. The winner will be determined by a random draw conducted by the Promoter at 10am (ADST) on the 1st April 2010 at Building 2, Level 2, 540 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley, Victoria. 7. All draws are undertaken by a computer program which will be initiated by a National Sales Co-ordinator of QBE Travel and witnessed by a member of the management team. 8. The results of the draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. The winner will be contacted by both telephone and mail and their details will be published in the Australian Newspaper on 6th April 2010 and in the May, 2010 Peoplecare Health News. 10. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited as at 9am (AEST) on 1 July 2010, the promoter will conduct a second chance draw at 10am (AEST) on 1 July 2010 at Building 2,Level 2, 540 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley, Victoria, subject to any written direction given under applicable law.
