You can choose to set up a Direct Debit to pay your premiums. Here are some things to think about if you're taking up a Direct Debit Servicement Agreement with us:

It's your responsibility to make sure that:

  • your nominated account can accept Direct Debit. You can check this with your financial institution.
  • there are sufficient funds in the account on the date of your nominated drawing
  • you advise us of any changes to the account details or if you close the account
  • if you require changes to the direct debit arrangements, please allow for 3 working days of notice before the change becomes effective
  • if your drawing is returned or dishonoured, we will take a double deduction on the next date your debit is due. If you pay at a frequency of quarterly or higher, we will advise you of a new debit date
