Delivering more value for our members
At Peoplecare, we’re proud to put our members first. In our 2023 Member Satisfaction Survey, you told us you wanted more value from your health cover — and we listened. Over the past year, we’ve introduced exciting new Extras and Hospital products and enhanced benefits designed to help you get more back from your private health insurance.
We expanded eligibility for swimming lessons through our Health Management Programs, plus we improved benefits for Psychology and Dietetics services for eligible members, and increased support across:
- Physiotherapy
- Chiropractic
- Osteopathy
- Natural Therapies
We also teamed up with smile.com.au to help you save on dental visits, making it easier to keep your smile healthy.
We partnered with Talked to launch our new Mental Health & Wellbeing Service*, packed with tools and resources, including Here2Talk. Free for our members, Here2Talk is a great first step towards getting support for you or your family, particularly when you don’t know where to start.
Plus, we’re making it easier to choose the right cover for you, with shorter phone wait times, improved Online Member Services, and a refreshed Peoplecare app — all designed to save you time and help you get what you need.
2024 Member Satisfaction Survey
We made all these improvements off the back of our 2023 Member Satisfaction Survey, and now our 2024 survey results are helping us build on this momentum.
In our 2024 Member Satisfaction Survey, an impressive 92% reported overall satisfaction with Peoplecare~. You told us our customer service, comprehensive cover, and helpful, knowledgeable employees make a real difference.
However, we’re not standing still. Our focus remains on supporting your health and wellbeing (68%), delivering better value for money (73%) and making you feel more valued (77%)~. That’s why we’re boosting your perks (we know you’ll love what’s coming), and sprucing up member communications.
