Most of the time we can sort things out on the spot, but if you want to talk to a manager or our CEO at any time, all you have to do is ask.
In the rare event that we still can’t make you happy, you can contact the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman (PHIO). PHIO is free, independent and protects the rights of private health fund members.
