Our 2023 Member Satisfaction Survey results

Peoplecare reached a six-year high of 97% member satisfaction in the 2023 Member Satisfaction Survey by Discovery Research. Thank you to the more than 2000 Peoplecare members who participated.

The result rose one percentage point from last year’s 96% member satisfaction and sees Peoplecare maintain its number 1 rating of the 10 participating health insurers in two categories:

  • mobile app experience and claiming
  • claiming online and offline

We also received our best-ever results in a range of categories such as:

  • reliability
  • integrity
  • personal service
  • friendliness
  • member focus
  • being easy to deal with

How did we do it?

The key to this result is you. We take your feedback each year and use it to improve.

As a not-for-profit health insurer, members are our focus. Not only were we able to return $9 million in our second Member Giveback at the end of last year, but we’ve also started acting on your ongoing feedback to make our premiums more competitive and we’re looking at ways to give you more value and benefits on your extras cover.
