Our 2024 Member Satisfaction Survey results

Peoplecare once again scored an impressive 97% member satisfaction in the 2024 Member Satisfaction Survey by IPSOS. Thank you to the all the Peoplecare members who participated and gave their feedback.

The result remained steady  from last year’s 97% member satisfaction and sees Peoplecare maintain its high rating out of the 13 participating health insurers and was in the top 2 in the following categories:

  • claims processes and;
  • quality of service

We also received strong results in a range of categories such as:

  • time taken to process claims
  • trustworthy
  • easy to deal with
  • friendliness
  • member focussed company; and
  • approachable

How did we do it?

The key to this result is you. We take your feedback each year and use it to improve.

As a not-for-profit health insurer, members are our focus. Last year we were able to return $22 million in our Member Givebacks.
