Changes to missed direct debits

We’re letting you know about rule changes to our Direct Debit Agreement. The main change is to what happens after a Peoplecare direct debit payment fails. In summary, we’ll try to take the payment again in seven days so that your cover stays up-to-date.

Another change is that we’ll deactivate direct debits after three payment failures instead of two.
