Membership

Learn how to manage your cover. Request a Peoplecare card, make payments, change your address, switch to emails and more. 

 

Direct debit is our default payment method, so most members will have their payments come out of their account automatically.

If you’d rather make a one-off credit card payment or pay in advance by card, you can do this on the Peoplecare app Larry.

  1. Open the app
  2. Choose ‘Make a Payment’ from the main menu.

  2. Click ‘Membership’ on the main menu
  3. Choose ‘Membership details’. This screen will show you your Paid To date.

  3. Click on ‘Payment details’ to change your direct debit details
  4. Click on ‘Benefit account’ to change the bank account that your benefits are paid into

  3. Choose ‘Request card’
  4. Follow the prompts and your new Peoplecare card will be on your way ASAP

  3. Choose ‘Contact details’. This screen will show you your current address and allow you to change it.

  3. Choose ‘Contact details’. This screen will allow you to add an email address which will then become your default.

In some other forms of insurance you might call this a PDS but in health insurance, cover description is the name. Find yours in the Peoplecare app.

  2. Click ‘Membership’ on the main menu
  3. Choose 'Membership details’
  4. Select ‘View cover description’

  3. Choose ‘Forgot password’. This will send you an SMS to your mobile phone to reset your password.

Obviously you can open the Peoplecare app and click ‘Forgot password’ without entering your password (that’s the only way it’d work, right!).
